This club started in the early 1960's and is registered with the state Ohio and recognized by the Cuyahoga Republican Party. We meet generally every other month and host many candidates to educate us about their office. We hold a summer picnic and fundraiser as a fun way to join together in fellowship and support Republican candidates. We do not make endorsements at the city club level, we let the County party choose candidates based on their long set process. . North Royalton is approximately 60-70% registered Republicans. As a result, there is a second Republican club that started in 2019 that also supports conservative candidates and primarily holds events to charity fundraise in the name of their club. Both clubs co-exist as we have similar conservative goals but different mission paths.

Six of the 7 council members are active and registered Republicans, supporting common sense conservative ideals. They are concerned about your tax dollars and how they are being used. They are all committed to increasing our industrial and economic base with current initiatives in the city. Only the Council President is a registered Biden/Obama Democrat.
In the November 2020 election, the city elected two Republican members, Jeremiah Sawyer and Lisa Shuck to the LEFT leaning schoolboard. For over a year, these two members have been attending and speaking up against restrictive and liberal policies in the schools. Most recent accomplishment is the implementation of MASK CHOICE in the schools for students and staff. They are also speaking out against any notion of promoting CRT education theory in our schools. They are encouraged by the new Superintendent of schools that was hire in July. Support our members by attending school board meetings and emailing your school officials your concerns.
In Cuyahoga County, you are denoted a certain party by which PRIMARY BALLOT you choose in the May Primaries. If you ask for the Republican ballot, it is marked down that you voted Republican. (not what your votes were) If you pull the Independent ballot, then you are designated as independent.
Once you register to vote you can vote in person at your designated poll with your driver license. If you want to vote by mail-in ballot for any reason you can. If it is a NON-PRESIDENTIAL election in Ohio, you MUST request to have a ballot sent to you first. The BOE will send you an identity verification envelope for you to fill out and return. You can request this on the BOE website or by Mail. In a Presidential year, the request to vote by mail is AUTOMATICALY sent out for you to fill out and verify your identity. You can check the BOE website for the status of your mail-in ballot before the election and you can check after the election that your vote was counted. For more information on voting visit the Cuyahoga County Board of Election website. https://boe.cuyahogacounty.gov/
Let your Opinion be know to your school board members. Given the extreme woke agenda that is being promoted my members of N.R. Board of education, you must let these members know you do not agree with these policies they are teaching today's youth. These members no longer have students in the system and they have been on the board far too long. Heidi Dolezol (D) 15 years, John Kelly (D) 10 years Anne Reinkober (sides with (D's) 12
Endorsed Republicans shared a clean sweep in North Royalton election last week. Two new conservatives will now join the Schoolboard, six head to city council. Congratulations to them all!
The November 2022 election will be one of the most significant elections giving the Republicans the opportunity to take control of the Senate and The House stopping the far left agenda. If we join together and make our voices heard, we can elect local conservative candidates to lead our city.
